Old School – Face to Face

Galatians 2:11 BUT when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed.

Face to face is the bible way, and the best way to handle difficult circumstances.  As a leader, I have learned the hard way, that major situations are best handled face to face.  Email, and text messages are great modern ways to communicate.

I actually prefer texting over any other method of communication.  However, when dealing with problems, discipline, or the like – take the time to talk it out face to face.

Through text or email, an individual cannot discern your tone, and can easily misunderstand what you were trying to communicate.  Face to face confrontations give you the chance to share your concerns, show care, and offer constructive criticism.  Technology is great for everything else, but get some face time when dealing with tense issues.
